1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Samprix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Description of Service
Samprix provides free online file processing tools including image compression, PDF compression, PDF merging and audio processing. The Service is provided "as is" and is available free of charge, supported by advertising revenue.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Samprix only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- → Upload files containing illegal, harmful or offensive content
- → Upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- → Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt our services
- → Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our tools
- → Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
- → Upload malware, viruses or any malicious code
4. File Processing
Temporary Processing
Files are processed temporarily in memory and deleted within 10 minutes. You are responsible for downloading your processed files within this window.
File Size Limits
Current limits are 20MB for images and 10MB for PDFs. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Samprix including the name, logo, design, code and tool interfaces are the intellectual property of Samprix and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of our Service without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Samprix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samprix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Advertising
Samprix is supported by advertising via Google AdSense. Advertisements displayed on our platform are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third party advertisements.
9. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
