Email is the way to reach Samprix Support, the team behind Samprix. Write to admin@samprix.com about anything on the site: a number that looks wrong, a tool that misbehaves, an idea for a new tool, a privacy request or a business enquiry.

What to include

A little detail up front saves a round of questions:

• Wrong or outdated figure: the page, the figure, and a link to the provider’s source. We check it against the provider’s own page, then update both the figure and its “last checked” date. Our methodology explains which sources we accept.
• Bug report: the tool, your browser, and what you pasted or clicked (please leave out anything private). Our text tools run in your browser, so we can’t see what you entered unless you tell us.
• Tool idea: the job you’re trying to get done and what you use for it today. The small, fiddly tasks around AI are exactly what Samprix is for.
• Privacy request: what you’d like us to do, such as deleting feedback you sent. See our privacy policy.
• Business enquiry: who you are and what you have in mind.

Quick feedback on a tool

You don’t need to email for a quick comment. Every tool has a box underneath asking whether it did what you needed. Answer Yes or No, and add a message if you like. Leave your email address there only if you’d like a reply.

Before you write

The answer may already be on the site:

• Where a number comes from: every price and limit links to its source and shows the date it was last checked. The methodology page lists all the sources and explains how each tool calculates its results.
• Who runs Samprix and how it’s funded: see the about page.
• What happens to the text you paste: the privacy policy covers each tool, along with cookies, analytics and advertising.
• The rules for using the site: see the terms.

Problems with an ad

The ads on Samprix are served by Google AdSense, so we don’t choose each one. If an ad is misleading, offensive or gets in the way of a tool, tell us which page it appeared on and what it showed, and we’ll look into it.

What we can’t help with

Samprix is independent and isn’t affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other AI company. We can’t look into your ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account, billing, refunds or usage limits. For those, contact the provider’s own support. We’re glad to hear about it, though, if one of our pages shows a price or limit that no longer matches what the provider charges you.

What happens to your email

We use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list. The privacy policy covers this and everything else the site handles.
